We’re a small, New Jersey-based team building tax automation software for professional tax preparers. Our founder, Tom Wahl, a CPA and practicing tax professional who still runs his own firm, started building this software for himself to streamline his workflow and cut down on errors. After sharing early versions with a few fellow tax pros, their encouragement convinced him to bring it to the broader tax prep community.

We’re funded by family and friends, not venture capital, and we’re proud of that - it lets us stay focused on what matters: improving the work-life of tax professionals, whether that means freeing up more personal time during tax season or helping firms grow without added cost. We’re here to listen to our customers, learn from their feedback, and move quickly to build something that truly supports the people doing the work.
